Health emergencies can happen to anyone, at any time, anywhere, and all of a sudden. It’s always best to be prepared in advance. Every second is important in such cases. Keeping a first aid and educating yourself on how to act during a medical emergency are important initial steps. Another important thing is having a health emergency card.

Emergency cards communicate information to the rescuer about the person they are rescuing in case of an emergency. Having readily available information can really save those crucial minutes in such unfortunate events. Keeping this in mind, We’ve designed some printable emergency card templates for you to download for free. You can download the pdf version from the links given below as well.

What Included In Our Emergency Card Template Printable?

We have included every important detail that a rescuer may need in the case of an emergency. There are two printable sheets in this pdf. Each sheet has two cards of the same template design. Two types of emergency card templates are provided in this post. Here is what you’ll get in both:

Template I: In the first one, Along with the basic information like name, parent’s name, address, and phone number, we have also included 2 emergency contacts. Information about the doctor who’s aware of the person’s medical background is also provided. Space for information about the person’s medical condition or allergies is also available. You can add your country’s emergency dial number at the bottom or leave it if you are from the US.

Template II: In the second one, Along with the basic information like name, age, phone number, and blood type, we have also included space for person’s photograph. This helps confirm the identity quicker. Furthermore, we have added 2 emergency contacts, 1 doctor, and past allergies or medical condition information.

How To Print?

As we already mentioned there are two sheets, each carrying two cards of the same design template. You can print both or one of your choice. In order to print:

• Click on the ‘Download’ button below the card’s image. A new tab with the pdf preview will appear.
• You can either download the pdf in the local drive or print directly from the icons given in the top left corner of the pdf. Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) to run the print command.
• Choose print settings according to your preference.
• Click on ‘more settings’ and select ‘Fit To Paper’ in the scale option to avoid any cropping. Choose A4 size for best results.
• Click ‘Print’.
